"In the successful organization, no detail is too small to escape close attention."
RAY ANTAYA -- Leading ECI's commitment to quality and accuracy is its CEO, Ray Antaya. Ray achieved his BA from Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Through additional civil engineering coursework at the University of Massachusetts' Civil Engineering Department, and Wentworth Institute of Technology's Construction Management program, he developed skills covering a wide range of programs including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson Take-Off, Carlson Survey, Topcon 3D, and estimating software. Ray spent several years as an instructor teaching 3D modeling to employees of construction companies using GPS-based hardware for their earthwork. Additionally, his years of hands-on experience in staff positions such as Field Engineer, Construction Manager, and Site Forman give him the ability to review and critique each 3D project file from the unique perspective of the earthwork professional tasked with loading and using the model at the job site. When he is not directing his staff at ECI, Ray and his wife Nicole enjoy watching and coaching their children's sporting events and hiking the trails of local forests.
ANDRES GUERRERO -- Andres holds an MS in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a BS in Civil Engineering from the Superior Polytechnic School in Guayaquil, Ecuador. He moved from Ecuador to the United States in 2015 and began his U.S. career working at M&W Energy, Inc., designing layouts for solar projects and striving to minimize earthwork costs using AutoCAD Civil 3D. As ECI's in-house expert in AutoCAD Civil 3D, he uses his upbeat, positive attitude to train, manage, and direct the workflow of all staff CAD technicians. Staying ahead of the work curve is his mantra, and he ensures that every job received into the ECI system is completed on time. Most importantly, striving for perfection in a project's details is a passion of his, and he has instilled that goal into each member of his staff. His wife is an Electrical Engineer in Connecticut, so they compare nerd notes when they get home from work each day. When he's away from his computer, he participates in team volleyball tournaments, tennis, and traveling to cultural events throughout New England.
